What you will need
- 100g Moira Mac's Classic Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
- 4 slices ciabatta or pane di casa
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup Good quality pesto
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 100g mozzarella, sliced
- 20g baby rocket, to serve, if desired
Instructions
- Butter the outer sizes of the bread.
- Divide pesto on the insides of slices of bread. Spread to edges. Top with Moira Mac's Classic Turkey Breast, thinly sliced, sliced tomatoes, and mozzarella. Season to taste.
- Cook in a preheated sandwich press until golden and cheese has melted.
- Alternately, fry in butter in a heated fry pan.
