What you will need
- 180g Moira Mac's Classic Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
- 4 long slices rye bread
- 1/3 cup cream cheese spread
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 40g baby rocket
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Lay each slice of rye on a clean chopping board.
- Spread each with cream cheese. Then add prosciutto, Moira Mac's Classic Turkey Breast, rocket and drizzle cranberry on the top
