- 150g Moira Mac’s Classic Roasted Chicken Breast
- 1 kg potato wedges
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
- Fresh coriander and sliced spring onion
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C line a large tray with baking paper.
- Arrange the potato wedges in the tray in single layer top with half the grated cheese, then arrange the chunky sliced chicken breast on top.
- Dollop with a little sour cream and remaining grated cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden then top with red onion, drizzle over sweet chilli and scatter with fresh chopped coriander and spring onion.
