Ingredients

  • 110g Moira Mac’s Turkey Breast Slices
  • 2 cos lettuce leaves roughly chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 red onion sliced very thin
  • 50g feta crumbled
  • 1/3 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils warmed
  • 1/4 yellow pepper sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon
  • LSA mix
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Chop a small handful of mint leaves and toss through the warmed lentils along with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp LSA mix
  2. Place the lentil mix along with all the other ingredients into a medium sized bowl
  3. Serve with extra lemon and mint
