- 1 Moira Mac’s Smoked Turkey Breast, very thinly sliced (you can use a knife or mandolin)
- 1 small French bread stick or similar
- 50g butter, melted
- 100g cream cheese
- 100g goats’ cheese
- Fresh thyme leaves (+extra for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Cracked pepper
- 1 jar beetroot relish or you can use cranberry jelly
- 1-2 radishes, thinly sliced
Method
- Cut the bread stick on the angle into 2 cm thick slices and brush with the melted butter, toast in the oven or frying pan for a few minutes until golden.
- Combine the cream cheese, goats’ cheese, a few thyme leaves, honey and cracked pepper and mix tighter to make a creamy spread.
- Garnish the bruschetta with a dollop of beetroot relish, a few radish slices and fresh thyme leaves.
