INGREDIENTS
- 240g Moira Mac’s Baked Turkey Royale, thinly sliced
- 8 slices white sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 125g brie cheese sliced thinly
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup watercress sprigs
METHOD
- Place the bread slices onto a clean chopping board. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over each slice.
- On four of the slices, place a layer of brie slices on top. Then layer apple, turkey and watercress.
- Place the reserved 4 slices of bread on top of the sandwich, with the cranberry sauce side facing down.
- Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the crusts off the bread. Discard. Then cut each sandwich in half to make 2 rectangular pieces. Repeat with each sandwich.
