Smoked Turkey Breast Finger Sandwiches with Cranberry & Brie

Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Finger Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 240g Moira Mac’s Baked Turkey Royale, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices white sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 125g brie cheese sliced thinly
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup watercress sprigs

METHOD

  1. Place the bread slices onto a clean chopping board. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over each slice.
  2. On four of the slices, place a layer of brie slices on top. Then layer apple, turkey and watercress.
  3. Place the reserved 4 slices of bread on top of the sandwich, with the cranberry sauce side facing down.
  4. Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the crusts off the bread. Discard. Then cut each sandwich in half to make 2 rectangular pieces. Repeat with each sandwich.
