- 180g Moira Mac’s Smoked Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
- 4 long slices rye bread
- 1/3 cup cream cheese spread
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 40g baby rocket
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Method
- Lay each slice of rye on a clean chopping board.
- Spread each with cream cheese. Then add prosciutto, Moira Mac’s Smoked Turkey Breast, rocket and drizzle cranberry on the top
