- 2 packets Moira Mac’s Classic Roasted Chicken Breast Slices 150g
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 zuccchini, cut into even sized batons
- 1 red capsicum, cut into even sized strips
- 1 teaspoon seasoning spice or garlic powder, chilli, salt & pepper
- 6 medium soft wraps
- 1 tub hummus
- 1 bag baby spinach leaves
- Additional fillings: sliced olives, pickles, marinated red onion, lemon and herbs, Serve with your favourite relish or tzatziki
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and sauté the zucchini batons and capsicum strips with the spice mix until just tender, remove and allow to cool.
- Spread each wrap with a generous amount of hummus and arrange a layer of baby spinach leaves on top.
- Add a row of sauté vegetables and a generous amount of sliced roasted chicken down the centre.
- Roll up the wraps tightly to enclose the filling, wrap in paper and tie to secure..
