- 150g Moira Mac’s Roast Chicken Breast Slices
- Cucumber
- Capsicum
- Lettuce
- Your preference of sauce
- Your preference of cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Toothpicks
- Your preference of large wraps
Method
- Lay out a large wrap on a flat surface. Spread a sauce of your choice evenly over the wrap.
- Grate some cheese and sprinkle it on top of the sauce.
- Layer your fillings: start with lettuce, then add capsicum and cucumber if desired.
- Top with Moira Mac’s roast chicken breast slices.
- Roll the wrap tightly, ensuring all ingredients are securely inside.
- Insert toothpicks at 5 equal sections along the wrap to help keep it tightly rolled.
- Carefully cut between the toothpicks, using them to hold the wrap in place. Transfer each roll to a plate.
- Repeat the process until you have about 15 small rolls. You may need to make multiple wraps.
- Arrange the rolls into the shape of a Christmas tree on a large platter.
- Sprinkle your sliced cherry tomatoes, capsicum, and cucumber on top to act as colorful ornaments.
- To create the tree’s star, cut a star shape from a slice of cheese, or use triangles to form one, and place it at the top of the tree!
