- 400g Moira Mac’s Marinated BBQ Roast Chicken
- 4 slider buns
- 1/4 cup buffalo wings sauce
- 1/2 cup each shredded white and red cabbage
- 2 stalks celery, diced, leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Method
- In a medium saucepan, heat the buffalo sauce, stirring. Add the Moira Mac’s Marinated BBQ Roast Chicken Slices and stir to coat the meat.
- In a medium bowl, combine both of the shredded cabbage, celery and ranch.
- Lightly toast the sliders and place some ranch mix on the bottom of the slider. Top with the chicken mix and place lid on top.
