- 150g Moira Mac’s Classic Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup thick and creamy mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 finely grated parmesan cheese
- 3 slices soft wholemeal bread
- 4 – 6 Cos or buttercrunch lettuce leaves
- 4 rashers bacon, cooked to your liking and cut into strips
Method
- Combine the mayo, mustard, garlic powder, parmesan and season well with salt and pepper and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Spread the first slice of bread with the mayo then top with lettuce, bacon strips and plenty of shredded chicken.
- Top with another slice of bread and repeat the fillings, lastly sandwich tighter with the remaining slice of bread to create a stack.
- Carefully cut into four triangles and secure each with a toothpick or skewer.
