Greek-Style Wraps with Sliced Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Moira Mac’s Roast Chicken Breast Slices 150g
  • 4 Wholemeal wraps
  • 200g soft cream cheese
  • 50g creamy feta cheese
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • Dukkha, fresh dill, salt & pepper
  • 100g Baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup marinated roasted red pepper strips
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Combine the cream cheese and feta with half the lemon juice and zest and season well with the dukkha, dill and salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mix over the wraps and top with baby spinach leaves, sliced tomato, red onion, peppers and a generous amount of roasted chicken.
  3. Season with remaining lemon zest, dukkha and dill and a swirl of olive oil.
  4. Roll up the wraps tightly to enclose the filling, wrap in paper and tie to secure. Keep chilled until serving.
