Sliced Chicken Breast Cobb Salad Wraps

What you will need

  • 200g Moira Mac's Premium Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 regular sized tortilla wraps
  • 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
  • 50g mixed leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, cut into wedges
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, cooled and thickly sliced
  • 4 slices streaky bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
  • 50g Blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Heat a char grill over medium high heat. Grill each tortilla for a few minutes on each side to lightly char.
  2. Place the tortillas on a large chopping board. Combine the ranch dressing and blue cheese and spread onto each tortilla and spread to the edges leaving a 1cm boarder. Divide and layer remaining ingredients on top of the dressing.
  3. Season to taste. Then fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly. Cut in half on an angle to serve.
